By sharing the expertise and knowledge of our staff, our goal is to support cultural institutions in continuing to provide a service of the highest quality to the public. This is a process we are proud to be involved in and over the coming years we hope to support the development of professionals across the sector, both nurturing and learning from the experiences of those working in other museums, galleries, and heritage centres.
We understand that the heart of every museum is its staff, without whom our cultural heritage could not be preserved and made accessible for years to come. Our aim is to enrich the skills already held by delegates, to enable growth led by internal, well-trained staff, and to inspire the next generation joining the museum and heritage sector by providing exciting and innovative courses that offer the skills that they need to begin their careers.
